Part I: To Uranienborg, home of Roald Amundsen.

This is a great trip. We start at Hvervenbukta beach, south in Oslo. I have already video going to Hvervenbukta from Oslo central station on bike.

I will add links in the video. We will travel on bike friendly roads first to Ingierstrand beach in Follo to Uranienborg, the home of the legendary Roald Amundsen.

Amundsen planned and prepared some of his biggest polar feats. These include the conquest of the South Pole (1911), sailing through the Northeast Passage (1918-1925) and the first flight over the North Pole (1926).

I will upload a return trip from his house to Hvervenbukta but on an alternative route so you guys can see two route options. This was so far my last biketrip for the 2024 season.

I hope that I maybe be able to take one or more trips if the weather allows. I stop biking as soon as the temperature start dipping towards zero degrees celcius. Thanks for watching, maybe if I am lucky I can take a plane trip to a warmer place this winter and do some shooting. If not, I probably will start up again in Spring 2025 for a new season. I have big plans to take more scenic routes throughout Norway.
